Finding therapy en español or auf Deutsch isn’t easy in Zurich, so we were really glad to discover Luz Yaneth Ortiz.

She offers both in-person and online sessions, so you can get help where and how it suits you best.

What makes her different is the combination she brings to the table. Alongside classic psychology, she’s trained in hypnotherapy, past-life regression, and Ericksonian hypnosis. It’s not every day you’ll find a thoughtful, practical and spiritual therapist.

She also works with a wide range of issues. We genuinely like that she focuses on handling anxiety, phobias, insomnia, and family struggles. 

The only hitch we found is that she’s only available on Mondays to Wednesdays. But if you can fit her schedule, you’ll get access to tools and perspectives you won’t easily find elsewhere.

Additionally, we like that they bring a compassionate approach rooted in mindfulness and psychological flexibility. 

However, most appointments are set during weekdays, with Saturdays only by request. For most, this could be a hindrance if their schedule is tight, but the team’s flexibility in arranging times usually helps smooth things out.

Still, we love that we can easily drop by here with its good location in Seefeldstrasse.
